About The Journal

The Caribbean Journal of Law, Policy and Social change was recreated from the former Caribbean Law Digest online in recognition of the need to further the discourse on development of the Caribbean society regionally and internationally. THE JOURNAL ALSO ACCEPTS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OTHER REGIONS IN THE WORLD. This discourse includes all aspects of policy, law and the social sciences and is interdisciplinary in nature. A range of scholarly subjects is accepted so long as the themes of law, policy and social change are maintained. The Journal is sponsored by The Caribbean and Americas Intellectual Property Organization. www.caaipo.org
